To strength and to support our EMEA Talent Acquisition Team we are looking for a


Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant 

 

You will directly report to the EMEA Talent Acquisition manager and will be dedicated to strategic projects and international recruiting for different sites in Hungary, Germany, Poland and more countries in EMEA. Your expertise as a recruiting professional, able to interact with hiring managers worldwide as well as with local HR Manager and to recruit diverse functions on a senior level, will be key of success in this challenge.


Please note that this is a fixed term contract. 

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Create the position in our ATS, and manage the approval process until the final closure

  • Lead of the Kick off meetings with local HR and hiring managers in order to understand requirements and to determine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions

  • Manage the posting and sourcing strategy through the most accurate channels (LinkedIn, CV databases and other specialized jobs boards)

  • Drive the full selection process - from advertising, sourcing and prescreening to scheduling interviews, follow-ups and making offers

  • Work hand in hand with the local HR at each step, advise and be a real added-value in the recruitment process

  • Provide a weekly update to hiring managers including an overview of the market and exact status of ongoing search activities 


Skills & Experience:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a recruitment agency or as an inhouse recruiter in a multinational company responsible for the full process of recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting for diverse roles including areas like R&D, manufacturing, IT and Product management
  • Acting proactively and autonomously, having good communication skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize a high volume workload in a context of growth
  • Strong experience of using online job boards and social networking media for sourcing and recruitment
  • Fluent level in Hungarian and English are mandatory, additional language skills would be a plus


Education: Bachelor or Master degree
