Recruiting Coordinator

Work closely with Talent Acquisition Team to create excellent candidate experiences. We will count on you to communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers and recruiters to coordinate many aspects of the recruiting process to ensure flawless execution of interviews, pre hire and on-boarding including:

  1. Coordinate candidate travel and interview schedules
  2. Handle candidate expense submissions
  3. Manage offer acceptances, update applicant tracking system
  4. Create new hire electronic files to upload all relevant pre hire documents
  5. Send completed documents to compensation team and stock administrator
  6. Initiate and monitor progress of background and drug screens with our background checking partner, escalating as necessary
  7. Communicate, initiate and monitor onboarding steps with the candidate to ensure timely completion. Answer candidate questions and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  8. New Hire Orientation (Schedule, conduct orientation & sync with managers) Requires in-depth knowledge of Itron Benefits
  9. Manage new hire I-9 verification including entry into eVerify system
  10. Manage Employment Verifications
  11. Monitor and manage the completion of post hire onboarding tasks with new hire
  12. Recommend process and orientation improvements based on feedback from candidates, hiring mangers and recruiters.
  13. Manage front desk, greet guests and candidates

Experience: This position requires a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience
Education: High School graduate or equivalent.
Certification(s):
Travel: 1 - 10%
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit or stand, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel small and medium sized components. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and to lift weight or exert force up to 50 pounds. The employee in this position works in an environment where they may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, outdoor weather conditions, there is a risk of electrical shock, and there is vibration. The employee may be required to work with toxic or caustic chemicals, may be subject to higher noise levels, or work near moving mechanical parts.
